Our commitment

The Snuggle Lab, LLC is committed to providing an accessible online experience. We work to improve usability for people with disabilities and use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a technical goal. This statement does not claim certification or guarantee that every page or third-party service is fully accessible.

Feedback and assistance

If you have difficulty using the site or need information or assistance in another format, email snuggle@thesnugglelab.org. Include the page or feature involved and the type of assistance requested. Do not send payment-card information. We will review the request and work to provide a reasonable alternative when possible.

Third-party services

Checkout is provided by Square. Accessibility of third-party content and services may be outside our direct control, but customers may contact us for help completing a purchase.

Continuous improvement

We review accessibility as the site and catalog change and use a combination of automated and manual evaluation. Accessibility feedback is welcome.
