Shipping Policy

The Snuggle Lab, LLC currently ships orders within the United States.

Processing

Each friend is prepared to order. Please allow up to 7 business days for stuffing, heart insertion, outfit checking, and packing before shipment. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Methods and rates

Available shipping methods, estimated transit times, and charges are shown at Square checkout. Transit estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by The Snuggle Lab, LLC.

Address and order accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing the shipping address and order details before submitting payment. Contact snuggle@thesnugglelab.org promptly with your Square order number if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order is submitted.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent using the contact information provided at checkout.
