Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms govern use of thesnugglelab.org and purchases from The Snuggle Lab, LLC. By using the site or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated below. Purchases must be made by an adult with legal capacity.
Products and availability
Descriptions, prices, compatibility, and availability may change. An item placed in a cart is not reserved. Product colors and appearance may vary slightly because of display settings and normal product variation. Clothing compatibility is based on the size and fit information shown in the builder.
Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it for fulfillment. We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailability, a pricing or catalog error, suspected fraud or misuse, shipping restrictions, or legal requirements. If we cancel after payment, we will return the applicable amount through the original payment method. Square processes checkout and payment under its own terms.
Pricing
Prices and charges are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout. We may correct errors before accepting an order.
Selections and customization
Customers are responsible for reviewing animal size, clothing compatibility, selections, spelling, quantity, and shipping details before checkout. We do not make substitutions without approval.
Shipping, final sales, safety, and privacy
Our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, Product Safety and Care Guidelines, and Privacy Policy are incorporated into these Terms. All sales are final, subject to rights and remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Site content and intellectual property
Site content, branding, text, graphics, and design are owned by or licensed to The Snuggle Lab, LLC and may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without permission, except as allowed by law.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, misuse checkout, or use the site unlawfully.
Third-party services
The site may link to or rely on third-party services, including Square. Those services have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for third-party sites or services except as required by law.
Disclaimers
We work to keep site information accurate and the site available, but errors and interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is" and "as available." Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, The Snuggle Lab, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Florida law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in a court with jurisdiction, subject to any rights that applicable law does not allow the parties to waive.
General terms
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Changes apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise.
